General Terms

1Eligibility

To enroll in AstraTlock courses you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and capable of forming binding contracts. Organizations registering employees must ensure they have internal authority to share participant data. AstraTlock may refuse or suspend accounts that fail to meet eligibility or misuse services.

Learners must be at least 16 years old to enroll without parental consent. For corporate or organizational accounts, the registering representative must confirm authority to supply participant information and accept these terms.

You agree to use AstraTlock services only for lawful, educational, and permitted purposes. Unauthorized use, including attempting to attack or circumvent platform security, is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination and legal action.

Some courses, features, or payment options may be restricted based on local laws or export controls. AstraTlock does not warrant availability in every country and may limit access where required.

2Account Responsibilities

Accounts enable enrollment, progress tracking, and access to course materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

When creating an account, provide accurate and current information. Keep your contact details up to date to ensure receipt of course notifications and billing information.

Protect your password and do not share access. Report suspicious activity or potential account compromise immediately. AstraTlock may require password resets or additional verification to secure accounts.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in a written corporate agreement. Resale or delegation of access without authorization is prohibited.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us promptly via the support channels on AstraTlock.info. We will work to secure the account and advise on next steps, including resetting credentials.

AstraTlock may suspend accounts for policy violations, suspected fraud, non-payment, or security concerns. Suspension notices will describe the reason and any remedial steps required where appropriate.

3Services

AstraTlock delivers online courses, learning paths, assessments, and resources focused on practical cyber hygiene, phishing awareness, secure configuration, and privacy best practices. Course content is educational and intended to build awareness and practical skills.

We may modify courses, platform features, or schedules to improve learning outcomes or address technical requirements. Notable changes will be communicated to enrolled participants in advance when feasible.

While we strive for reliable access, occasional interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or due to third-party providers. AstraTlock will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and notify users of planned maintenance.

4User Rules

To maintain a safe and productive learning environment, users must follow these rules when using AstraTlock services and community features.

• Respect other learners and instructors; harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
• Do not attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities, access restricted areas, or use tools that interfere with service operation.
• Submit only your own work or properly attributed content; plagiarism and fraudulent certification attempts are not allowed.
• Use course materials for learning and internal training; redistribution or resale requires prior written consent.
• Follow instructors' and moderators' guidance in live sessions and adhere to community conduct standards.
• Report security incidents, suspicious content, or policy violations via our support channels promptly.
• Comply with applicable laws and export controls when accessing or using course materials.

5User Content

Users may submit content such as forum posts, comments, or assignment submissions. By contributing, you agree to the terms below regarding ownership and licensing.

You retain ownership of your original user content. However, by submitting content you confirm you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate third-party rights.

By posting user content, you grant AstraTlock a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content as necessary to provide and promote the services.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content. AstraTlock may remove content that violates policies or law and is not responsible for user-posted material.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to user content that breaches these terms, infringes rights, or poses security risks, with or without prior notice.

6Intellectual Property

All course materials, platform design, activity, and proprietary content are the intellectual property of AstraTlock or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

• You may use course materials for personal or internal organizational learning only, unless a separate license is granted.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works from AstraTlock materials is prohibited.
• Requests for commercial licensing or bulk content use should be submitted through AstraTlock’s business contact channels.

7Paid Services

Certain courses, certifications, and enterprise features are offered as paid services. Payment terms and policies for each offering are described at purchase.

Pricing is displayed in the checkout flow and may include taxes or fees as required by law. Promotional pricing is time-limited and subject to specific terms.

We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers; by purchasing you authorize such providers to bill the specified amount.

Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Cancellation instructions are provided in your account dashboard and billing communications.

Refunds are handled case-by-case according to the refund policy stated for each course. Reasonable refund requests based on technical or service delivery issues will be evaluated promptly.

You may cancel subscriptions or courses as outlined in account settings. Cancellation does not retroactively remove obligations for fees already incurred.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes. AstraTlock will collect taxes where required by law and display tax charges during checkout when applicable.

AstraTlock may adjust pricing for new purchases. Existing paid subscriptions will be subject to terms specified at purchase and prior notice for changes where required.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to paid content until outstanding balances are resolved. AstraTlock may pursue collection where necessary.

8Disclaimer

Course materials are provided for educational purposes to improve users' cyber hygiene and awareness. AstraTlock does not provide professional legal, business, or security services tailored to a specific organization unless separately engaged.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstraTlock will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the relevant service during the prior 12 months.

10Third-Party Services

Our platform may incorporate third-party tools and content. AstraTlock is not responsible for third-party terms, practices, or content and users should review third-party policies before use.

11Termination

AstraTlock may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these terms, poses security risks, or harms other users. Users may terminate their accounts by following account closure procedures.

Upon termination, access to courses and materials will cease. AstraTlock may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and recordkeeping.

12Privacy

AstraTlock’s collection, use, and retention of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the services you consent to the processing activities described there.

13Communications

AstraTlock may communicate important account and service information by email, in-platform notifications, or SMS. Promotional communications can be opted out of per the Privacy Policy.

14Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. Material revisions will be posted on AstraTlock.info with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where AstraTlock operates, taking into account conflict of law rules. For users in Malaysia, Malaysian law will typically apply to interpretation and enforcement.

16Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be raised through AstraTlock’s support channels. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or local courts as specified in applicable law. Both parties agree to engage in good-faith resolution efforts.
